Søholm Keramik was a historic Danish ceramics manufacturer based in Rønne on the island of Bornholm, operating from 1835 to 1996. Bornholm was already known for its clay deposits and ceramic craftsmanship, which helped the factory develop strong regional recognition. Søholm initially produced faience, terracotta, and everyday pottery such as bowls, dishes, and household wares. In the mid 1900s they expanded into more decorative ceramics, such as sculptural table lamps and vases. Characteristics featured earth-tone glazes—deep blues, browns, beiges, and sometimes vibrant, contrasting colors—paired with textured, sometimes relief-carved surfaces. Notable designers who worked with Søholm include Einar Johansen, Noomi Backhausen and Svend Aage Jensen.
